1. Nature of the service
FinMatchDeals.com is an information and transaction platform operated by AGT HUB Sp. z o.o. The public catalogue publishes anonymous, preliminary transaction profiles ("Blind Teasers") prepared for the purpose of corporate finance and M&A processes.
2. Professional investors only
The platform is intended exclusively for professional, institutional and corporate entities acting in a business-to-business capacity. Consumers within the meaning of art. 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code are excluded from the service.
3. Blind teaser confidentiality
Published profiles are anonymised. Identifying data of the target company, including names, tax numbers, register entries, shareholders and founders, is never published. Any full identification, verification and disclosure of project materials takes place only in an individual relationship with a verified professional entity, after the conclusion of a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
4. No public offer, no investment advice
Content published on the website is preliminary business information. It does not constitute an offer to sell securities, a public offer, a recommendation or investment advice, and it does not bind the operator as to the existence, availability or terms of any transaction. The operator may withdraw, amend or archive any published profile at any time.
5. No pricing, yield or LTV
The marketplace stage does not disclose fixed interest rates, yields, coupons or loan-to-value ratios. Pricing, structure and covenants are determined individually following due diligence and verification of the financing party.
6. Liability
The operator does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of preliminary information published in the catalogue, nor the conclusion of any transaction. Any liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
The service is operated under Polish law. The Polish version of the Terms of Service published at finmatchdeals.com/regulamin is the binding version and prevails over any translation, including this summary.
