1. Controller and contact

2. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the international version of the portal (finmatchdeals.com/en) and to enquiries submitted through the cross-border investor form, including the name, business e-mail, institution name, optional phone number and optional country of domicile provided by the enquirer.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to verify the professional nature of the enquirer, to present capital and M&A project information, and to prepare and share project materials under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. The legal bases are the necessity of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interests of the controller in the form of business development of the platform (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where a newsletter is requested separately, consent under art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Data is processed by the controller and its transaction advisory team. Technical hosting and delivery infrastructure is provided by Vercel Inc. (United States); transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Access is granted only to authorised Deal Desk and advisory personnel and is governed by confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the enquiry, after which personal data and network identifiers are irreversibly anonymised or deleted by an automated retention job.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests are handled by the controller at rodo@finmatch.pl.
7. Confidentiality of transaction data
Company identifiers, financial statements, Pitch Decks and Information Memoranda are disclosed exclusively to verified professional entities in an individual relationship, after the conclusion of a mutual non-disclosure agreement. No identifying data of the target company is published on this website.
